Dear AG - I am having issues with Planet 7 casino. They are very slow to payout and I have 6 withdrawals waiting beginning on Aug 20. I had 7 but they finally paid one last week. I have contacted them and they are supposed to be approving and moving them to be processed. So far nothing is happening. The total is $8820.00 from August 20 through September 1. (Specific dates are: $2500 - 8/20 and $1105 - 8/20. And, $350 - 9/1 and $515 - 9/1. Then $2250 - 9/7 and $2100 - 9/7. This is far too long according to their own guidelines. This is very frustrating. Please help me get this resolved. Thank you.

Hi Barbara--

I'm sorry you're having difficulties again...

I've checked your account and everything has been sorted on our end at this point:

10/27 Paid $4128 + no Service Fee for transactions 162272861 ($2,325.00), 162272888 ($1,105.00), 162272904 ($203.00), 162272939 ($515.00). Our processor confirmed this wire as completed on 10/28, so you should find the funds in your account by Monday (if not already).

10/29 Paid $4132 + no Service Fee for transactions 162272951 ($2,032.00), 162272970 ($2,100.00). I would guess you'll find the funds in your account towards the middle of next week.
