The following attachments are what planet 7 casino asks for when none of the utility bills is under your name. The following are a letter from my roommate stating I live there with a utility bill from my cable/internet company and ID of mine. It's been 8 days now and I haven't received any email replies to let me know if my documents have been reviewed accepted or denied. Nothing I spoke to multiple agents and they all tell me the same team to wait for the documents team to email me but they are taking too long. They say it should be no more than 5 business days. I just want my money I won that's it. They are so fast to withdrawal money from our banks but yet they delay if we want to cash out. Please help
