Verification issues and payout


Ok so here is the issue. I am homeless. I live in a car ( no its not mine) so i do not have a utility bill. Ive done live chat witha bunch of people who tell me different things. When i made my first withdrawal on 3/16/19 for $200 i did the verification paperwork, took pictures of my card, and sent my tax information( hooyu stated that was acceptable) everytime i talk to some o e they say im missing my cc. Ive literally sent it 5 times. A few time directly to the document department. I have a 5 withdrawls pending: 3/16/10-$200, 3/23/19-$450. And 3/24/19: $1300,$ 350,and $2500. A total of $4800. Im due for heart surgery in a few week and this money would help me get a place to rest afterwards. So if someone could please help me with my situation. So i can get the pay out that would be amazing.

Any balance in your account at the time of such cancellation may be credited to you, however, the Casino reserves the right, in its unfettered discretion, to void any winnings and confiscate any balance in your casino account in any circumstances including:
d. If you provide incorrect or misleading registration, account or identification information;

17. Before a withdrawal can be processed, the Player must provide photo ID and proof of address for verification. The Casino reserves the right to request additional information to validate accounts.

Further, everything we've received from the player has been suspect (as in the evidence I've provided AskGamblers).

As I've stated previously, there will be no withdrawals paid...the player's account has been closed.
