Verification and payment issue certificate


I requested a withdrawal on September 9th for $1,500. They told me I needed to update my documents which I sent in September 10th. When I called they said they hadn't gotten them yet and they were going to escalate and I would receive an email within 24 to 48 hours about my documents being received. They gave me the reference number of 4968723. I have not received any information on my withdrawal or my documentation being verified or approved. The withdrawal hasn't been denied or put back into my account.
Is there any way you can help me get this issue resolved?

I'm so sorry for not getting back to you sooner.

Your withdrawal has already been sent to our processor: 10/15 Paid $1312 + no fees for transaction #142681961. I would expect to have tracking within the next few days (it may already be in, but I can't access this right now).

As soon as I have the tracking, I'll be back with another update.
