Unreasonable delays for processing of payments


Hello Ask Gamblers,

I am requesting your assistance with a withdrawal request from Planet 7 Casino in the amount of $500.34. This request was submitted on 11/26/2020, and has yet to be approved for payment.
I have checked with customer support on a daily basis and I have been given the a number of excuses as to why I haven’t received payment.
I understand that they have 7 business days to review the request.... it is past that time frame.
I would appreciate being paid, I am still waiting for payment from a sister site which was requested at an even earlier time. I thank you in advance and should you require additional information/evidence (as it might not fit) please don’t hesitate to ask.

I wanted to provide an update:
Only after contacting and being assisted by your service once again in regards to the same casinos was I paid. I’d like to thank you for what you do it is greatly appreciated; had I not received your assistance I am uncertain as to how long I would have been asking for my winnings.
Tawni, I can’t say that I feel as though a thank you is warranted for finally being paid. I will say that after numerous deposits which probably equal out to what I won the aggravation of having to continually ask to be paid out is not something I am interested in doing again.
It is unfortunate that you don’t value your players enough to make their experience a more memorable one. Instead I feel as though I was in the wrong for winning and left to pretty much beg for my money. Left to be given the runaround and be told that I should be patient because there are other players that are also waiting for their money. This seems very unjustified and I have to wonder how it can be regulated by anyone. My money was taken immediately otherwise I would not have been able to play. Hopefully you will consider changing this aspect of your establishments.

I was under the impression that the withdrawal was already approved for payment, perhaps you could actually pay me. This has become really old, as I’m still waiting for my winnings from an affiliated site of yours where I won and requested payment at an early date. Maybe you could check into that, I would really appreciate collecting what I won; as I have stated to your customer support representatives this is an extremely disappointing experience. I honestly believed that it was only going to be the first payout that would take this amount of time.
The other site I’ve already been approved at is Slots of Vegas in the amount of $600.63.

I've now had a chance to check on your account and I've gone ahead and had your withdrawal approved. I've put forth the request for payment, which I would expect will be issued before the end of this week.
