Unpaid withdrawals delays

I have 5 unpaid withdrawals pending at Planet 7 casino the earliest one is from 19th June 2021.
I withdrew 19th June $2500, 1st July $2500, 17th July $2500, 31st July $2500, 16th August $2500.
I have emailed the casino to chase up these withdrawals on 1st July, 17th July, 31st July and done a live chat on 06/08.
I received an email on 2nd July from Kriz Simmons at the Planet 7 support center confirming my documents had been verified and that he was forwarding my payments details to the payouts team. I attach a screen print of this email.
But I have received no payments. The live chat people said they would get it resoled but still nothing.
To make matters worse the cashier is now locked and I cannot even do a withdrawal for the $1200 or so still in the account from my win.
Please can you arrange for all my payments to be approved and paid asap.

Regarding the shortfall from your requested amount, this is because you received a bonus (JACKPOTHUNTERVIP (35 of 99998) $720.00). All bonuses are non-withdrawable and as such, removed from your total withdrawal amount.

As to your difficulties requesting a new withdrawal, please send me an email requesting that we do the withdrawal manually on our end. Be sure to include your username, the casino name and the amount of money you would like withdrawn. I've attached my email address for you to use.
