You'll be pleased to know that your withdrawals were paid to your wallet, this morning: 11/30 Paid Paid $365 (0.01895505) Bitcoin + no Service Fees for transactions 164226167 ($213), 164226291 ($152).
As you can see there is a bit of a shortfall from your requested withdrawal amounts. The reason for this is that you received bonuses which you used to build your withdrawals. All bonuses are non-withdrawable and as such, removed from your total withdrawal amounts.
