I have two withdrawals pending at planet 7 casino. First one for the amount of $294 on October 28th and second one for $277. I have been told over and over again on live chat that it is escalated and don’t worry I’ll see to this personally and just like every time before nothing ever happens and no withdrawals get processed. I need help getting these processed and then I am done playing at this casino.

I apologize for the difficulties you've been experiencing with this.

You'll be pleased to know that your withdrawals were paid to your wallet, this morning: 11/30 Paid Paid $365 (0.01895505) Bitcoin + no Service Fees for transactions 164226167 ($213), 164226291 ($152).

As you can see there is a bit of a shortfall from your requested withdrawal amounts. The reason for this is that you received bonuses which you used to build your withdrawals. All bonuses are non-withdrawable and as such, removed from your total withdrawal amounts.
