Two withdrawals hasn't been processed in two weeks

I submitted two withdrawal requests on 10/5/19. Both requests are for $2500 each for a total of $5000. Its 10/28 and neither of my withdrawals have been approved or processed. They are passed their terms in processing these two withdrawals. I have contacted chat and every time they tell me it will be escalated. AskGamblers has been great in assisting recently getting my payouts. I have full faith that Tawni can get these moving fairly quickly. I ask once again for help with these payouts. Thank you in advance.
