I requested a withdrawal to my bitcoin for $551 on 6/24/20. I also provided updated identification documents as I was told they were more than 7 months old. After multiple status requests, I received an email from Michael Alberts from the documents team on 7/20/20 telling me I needed to proVide a photo of me holding a current local newspaper with my ID. I have been a customer since 2017 and had multiple withdrawals and NEVER came across that issue before. Nonetheless I sent exactly that the SAME day. On 7/22 I asked for the status and was told my withdrawal request was approved on 7/20. It is now 7/30 and I have not received my payment. I’m tired of chasing after something I’m owed when I’ve Done my part and complied In a more than timely manner. AskGamblers can you please help!?
