Tired of waiting

I requested 2 withdrawals on 9/21. They approved both of them on 9/28. One was for $820.00 and the other was for $1720.00.

I talked to them on 10-14 and they told me payments were sent to processor and that I should have the 820 by the following week. And that the other one was approved on 10-4 and that should have been here by now.

I have tried being very patient, but I need my money.

I sincerely apologize for the difficulties with this. To be honest, I'm not certain how/why your payments became stuck in the queue, but fortunately once I received your issue, I was able to have this sorted.

Here are the payment details:

9/28 Paid $1700 + $20 Service Fee for transaction #200005285
10/4 Paid $807.50 + $12.50 Service Fee for transaction #200005305

Our processor confirmed that both wires were completed, Tuesday (11/2), so I would expect the funds have reached your account by now.
