Three withdrawals way beyond the expected date escalated and still not even approved

I’ve asked about it every business day they tell me to come back the next or 48 hours from then.. I kept getting told they weren’t receiving my bitcoin address so I provided it in support twice, the second time it finally worked and they said they have that atleast.. I can deposit my money in minutes but I can’t withdraw for weeks?? Makes no sense.

Tawni, I have sent those documents to the correct email Annabelle the support manager/supervisor told me to send to. As well as directly to her chat. I was told it was now just a waiting process so you need to get your facts straight before you and your company mislead me again. Thanks,
