Taking way too long for a withdrawal


I withdrew $500.00 on July 19 it took them until August 07 for it to be approved. They did not need any paper work or anything! It is now August 28 and I am still waiting for my withdrawal. I don't like to complain again but I am very tired of waiting! I talked to chat and they tell me the same old thing. That it is within their time frame. How can that be when I have been waiting for over a month? And what time frame would that be? Please help!

I apologize for the frustration you've been having with this.

I do see the payment was sent to our processor, a couple weeks ago: 8/17 Paid $470 + $25 Service Fee for transaction #108293315. From the tracking, I see that the payment is being held at your local Walgreens for pick-up, so things should be good, once you make your way over there.
