Submitted withdrawal request 15 days ago and still waiting
I submitted my request for withdrawal in the amount of $500 January 6. It has not been reviewed, as stated in their own terms and condition. I have emailed twice, responding directly to the last email stating to do so, and its just a repeated chain of no follow up.

I have also done the live chat, as the email states and no resolve. I was last told yesterday "upon checking, my collegeague already sent an escalation with our Payment team and now we are just waiting for their update"
