Submitted my withdrawal request 3 times so far only to be declined again
Hello,
I have been a VIP member of planet 7 for some time....I submitted a withdrawal request on Sept. 7th. I noticed it was back in my active balance on the 9th. I contacted support (VIP) and I was told I need to RESUBMIT all my cards, picture of utility bill, ID etc. I did this. 2 days later- my withdrawal amount is back in my active balance. Submitted another withdrawal request...apparently my documents were not received (I sent them to all planet 7 support/documents/payments) emails I have BTW. Yesterday I was told it would be 7-10 MORE days! Today I was contacted by support stating that my utility bill had the wrong address on it (it did not, my address was on the bottom of the paper) - I resubmitted this again. I am frustrated. I have been a very loyal customer and the VIP status apparently isn't really helping my cause.
I really need this money. I love their casino and play a lot!
