Submitted all documents and waiting for 2 weeks for my withdrawal

I have played with these for over 2 years, did the verification then, and finally I got to my 1st withdrawal I thought abt 2 weeks ago from a deposit, & I have made many deposits without an issue yet now that I want to withdraw they r trying say they didn’t receive this n that I have sent over 15 emails proof with all this even verified through chat & have had 2 chats just end bc they know I’m right, after sending them screenshots of the over 15 emails I have sent them along with at least 20 chats

As a matter of fact everything I have stated here I have proven& the address change & name changed was done through email by your team members with email to prove this as well, My cashapp account getting 2 cards ADDED TO IT that wasn’t mine that cashapp notified me abt blocking every single transaction that was done refunded me for my own PROTECTION,& I have every single email from cashapp to prove this alone with every single deposit for the past 2 years that I did send you & was accepted without any problems at all & this is a KNOWN thing for you & your so called company of scammers look on here look on the internet it’s everywhere,not just me whom u have done this to in fact you replied to me after the comment abt my cashapp account asking me for the proof of the power bill on June the 9th and on June the 10th whenever I sent u the PROOF OF THE then that’s whenever u decided u would close my account so u could get out paying me but I have taken further action to make sure you don’t continue to scam other out their $ bc u shouldn’t be in business at all ! Period ! Here the proof of the conversation of you requesting my power bill ! So I have proof of everything I say is in FACT TRUE UR A SCAMMER !

I've not responded to your emails, due to their aggressive tone. Once a player responds to me in this way, I will only reply to the public complaint.

Your account has been banned by our Fraud Department for several reasons:

• Issue with your last name (you’ve changed your last name during this process)
• You registered a PO Box on your account which is not permitted
• We’ve received multiple uncollected deposits (your bank did not honor the transactions)
• You’ve made allegations that we have somehow hacked your Apple ID and CashApp, which you’ve followed up with legal threats.

Because of all this, you are now considered a ‘high risk’ customer and your account has been banned. Your winnings have been voided and your deposit ($30) was sent to our processor to be refunded.

There is no further discussion I will enter into regarding this.
