I am currently stuck in pending and I am past the process time. i have 3 withdrawals and no one can tell me anything but sorry for the delay. Please help me with my withdrawal. I deposit on a regular and feel there should not be any delays.
The policy states 7 days and again it is being broken on your end. I love playing but the withdrawal process needs corrections.

As I explained to you in my last email, unfortunately, I had to take some time off due to Covid.
Your final payment was sent to our processor as promised: 9/27 Paid $3920 + No Service Fee for transactions #182841039 ($1,700.00), #182841065 ($2,220.00). According to our processor, the wire was completed on the 1st, so I would expect the funds have likely reached your account by now.
