Strategy with little credibility

I entered planet 7 casino and used a first time coupon, which I would like to specify was an EXCLUSIVE, VERIFIED bonus from them, and where they clearly say that my country is not restricted (I will attach screenshots) I managed to win, and meet the conditions to make it valid, which asked me for a 40x rollover which I achieved, and when I wanted to follow the steps to withdraw I contacted Support to whom I mentioned that I had won and they NEVER said that it did not apply to the bonus, they asked me to make a cryptocurrency deposit with a value above $ 10 which I made the next day; Deposit that THEY asked me to withdraw, 24 hours where at no time did they tell me that the bonus was not valid, they told me that I had won and I had to deposit.
When verifying my account and documentation, having made the deposit, support does not allow my document to pass, arguing that it has bad photos. I took the photos at least 15 times and they blocked my verification. And after that, every time I write to support, they answer me arrogantly and limit themselves to saying that the bonus was not valid for my region, when they told me that IT WAS VALID and I only had to recharge. Now they do not answer me, they activated a bonus that I do not know about (I HAVE NOT MADE A SINGLE SHOT AFTER WINNING) and they tell me that I cannot withdraw my deposited money either. Can we call that theft? Scam? Support is waiting for my AUTHORIZATION to make a single bet with the value of the deposit because it is the only alternative.
I do not want more than I deserve, I do not enter for greed but I do not accept injustice and taking advantage. The day I entered and played, finishing the rollover I cried thanking God, because I needed it, I borrowed money to buy the cryptocurrency and it ended worse, I hope that in a democratic way we can reach an agreement, thank you and success in your work.
