Strategy with little credibility

Kind regards team, first of all thank you for the opportunity you give us to mention our complaints and reach a mutual agreement.
I entered planet 7 casino and used a first time coupon, which I would like to specify was an EXCLUSIVE, VERIFIED bonus from them, and where they clearly say that my country is not restricted (I will attach screenshots) I managed to win, and meet the conditions to make it valid, which asked me for a 40x rollover which I achieved, and when I wanted to follow the steps to withdraw I contacted Support to whom I mentioned that I had won and they NEVER said that it did not apply to the bonus, they asked me to make a cryptocurrency deposit with a value above $ 10 which I made the next day; Deposit that THEY asked me to withdraw, 24 hours where at no time did they tell me that the bonus was not valid, they told me that I had won and I had to deposit.
When verifying my account and documentation, having made the deposit, support does not allow my document to pass, arguing that it has bad photos. I took the photos at least 15 times and they blocked my verification. And after that, every time I write to support, they answer me arrogantly and limit themselves to saying that the bonus was not valid for my region, when they told me that IT WAS VALID and I only had to recharge. Now they do not answer me, they activated a bonus that I do not know about (I HAVE NOT MADE A SINGLE SHOT AFTER WINNING) and they tell me that I cannot withdraw my deposited money either. Can we call that theft? Scam? Support is waiting for my AUTHORIZATION to make a single bet with the value of the deposit because it is the only alternative.
I do not want more than I deserve, I do not enter for greed but I do not accept injustice and taking advantage. The day I entered and played, finishing the rollover I cried thanking God, because I needed it, I borrowed money to buy the cryptocurrency and it ended worse, I hope that in a democratic way we can reach an agreement, thank you and success in your work.
I will attach evidence, and I am willing to cooperate further.
I have proof of payment to them, conversation with support, alleged system errors.
I want to end by inviting you to consider two of their positions that support my complaint. One is that it is convenient that they first congratulate me for winning and that I only need a deposit to withdraw and two, that they keep my balance there and request my authorization to delete it. This confirms that what they are doing is not legal and they want to persuade me.

I made quite a mistake when I posted my reply yesterday--for this I apologize.

You are not located in Costa Rica, but you are in El Salvador, a country that is not allowed to cash in using the Welcome free chip.

Further, your $12 verification deposit is sitting on your casino balance. In order to receive the refund for this, you will need to request the withdrawal of the funds.

The fact is that Costa Rica is a restricted country--it has been for years.

Attached is a screenshot of what you would see, were you attempting to play from Costa Rica. I am guessing that you were using a VPN to get around the country restriction.

There is nothing I can do to help further with this.
