Please help!!! This is my 2nd withdrawal w/ Planet 7 Casino. I remember with my very first withdrawal, I was repeatedly told that it is normal for players very first withdrawal to take a little longer than expected, but after that first withdrawal, it's all "downhill from there." And withdrawal requests are quick and simple after that... That 100% is not true. Because here I am, around 30 days later and still anxiously awaiting to hear something. Anything. My request was on November 3rd for $1400.

Although I had already filled out all nec. forms and sent in all required documentation the first time (4months ago), they still asked for it again. So I just abided and sent everything for a second time, so I could just get my money without any issues.

Its become merely painful speaking to their agents about this. I'm not doing it anymore. Especially via chat. It is beyond a total waste of time. Literally takes 45 min to an hour, going back and forth with them, only to be told the same crap, that they will "escalate my request to the documents team." I just want my money. Praying you can help me!
