Have been waiting for over a month to get verification for my withdrawal.
The support keeps giving me the run around and I'm tired of it.
Every-time I talk to them they say they forwarded it to the relevant team.
I just want my money so I can be done with them and move on. I would really like to get this resolved and i would appreciate your help greatly.

Regarding the shortfall from your requested amount, this is because you built your withdrawal using a free chip which carried a maximum cash out (see attached). All excess funds are non-withdrawable and as such, removed from your total withdrawal amount.
