I have been waiting over a month for my withdrawals. Two $2,500 withdrawals for the amount of $5000. After asking to speak with managers numerous times, I finally spoke with Ysabel today who said she would personally look into this. When she stated they only got my paperwork 2 weeks ago, I informed her that I have every live chat and email well documented and it was recieved and approved well before that. I'm keeping my fingers crossed that she will actually help me.

AskGamblers Complaints Team has been informed that Planet 7 Casino representative might not be able to respond to ongoing complaints until Thursday, 15th of October, therefore the time frame is being extended with another 96 hours.

Hi Robin--

I sincerely apologize for the difficulties you've been having with this.

I've just checked on your account and to be honest, I'm not certain why your first withdrawal has not already been sent off. I've spoken with our Payments Manager and she is currently setting up the payment to be sent to our processor (it will be sent off this morning). I would expect to have tracking for this towards the end of this coming week.

Your second payment will be sent off next week, as well. As soon as I have a bit more information, I'll be back with another update.

Hi Tawni.
Thank you for responding. I was informed on 10/13 that now 1 of my withdrawals was approved and it will now get sent to yet another department to get a check issued. I was told it will take another 7-10 business days for a check to be sent out and I would receive a tracking number once mailed out. (I have not received a message as if yet) I asked about the other withdrawal and was informed it is "still pending" but still no information about that one.
I'm really hoping these withdrawals get completed soon.
I thank you for you continuing to look into this amd hopefully have a resolution soon.

I have received 1 check today for one of the $2500 withdrawals!! I was told I was going to get a tracking number and it would take 7-10 business days. However, I did not get an email and recieved the check in exactly 1 week from the day it came out of pending.
I appreciate the timely response to this matter, and to finally receive this check. I'm hoping the second one will arrive soon!
