Still waiting on 2500


I requested I withdrawal for a $2500 at planet 7 casino and my documents were verified a few days later. On December 14th I spoke with a representative who said he was going to push through my withdrawal request. The money was taken out of my account, but I still have not received my check. I was wondering if there it was anything anyone can do to help me resolve this issue.
