Good afternoon.

I am still waiting for payment for a withdrawal requested on October 28th (#15096796) for $1700.

A second withdrawal request for $2400 (#15115425) is still pending from November 2nd.

I have asked multiple times that both of these be escalated and have confirmed my Bitcoin address and I see nothing happening. Does escalating a withdrawal on live chat actually mean anything or am I wasting my time? When will I receive payment?
