Planet 7 Casino - Still haven't received my payments

I requested a withdrawal for $10000 on 9/7 which was denied because they didn't give me the correct info to be sent
On the 13/7 I re requested it and sent through information.
On the 20/7 and 21/7 the say that there has been 2 payments made totalling 7500 I was initially told 1-3 days for withdrawal to be in my account then I was told 3-5 days then I was told 5-7 days then I was told 5-14 days I keep getting told it's on its way but I don't see how this is in a timely matter when you can take the money instantly but I can't get it back when I am still waiting after a month.
On top of that there is still 2500 sitting in pending and they keep saying it will be sent soon but hasn't changed.
I'm starting to wonder if this site is even legit.

I sincerely apologize for the difficulties you've experienced with this.

There have already been two payments issued:

7/21 Paid AUD $2480 + AUD $20 Service Fee for transaction #29573442
7/20 Paid AUD $4822 + AUD $20 Service Fee for transactions #29573440 ($2342), #29573445 ($2500)

Both wires were quite slow, however, our processor confirmed that they were completed on August 6th. I would guess the funds have reached your account by now.

Your final payment was sent to our processor, Friday: 8/7 Paid AUD $2500 + no Service Fee for transaction #30007641. I do expect this wire to hit your account much faster than the 2 previous (likely by the end of this week).
