Still haven't received my payment

On Dec 7, 2018, I won approximately $2,400 when no bonuses were in play. I requested the withdrawal - submitted all the required paperwork and then Planet 7 cancelled my withdrawal and put all the funds back in my account. I then tried to do three separate withdrawals but again Planet 7 did the same thing. I submitted the paperwork approximately 20 times - but Planet 7 kept cancelling and redepositing my funds into my acccount. For two months this occurred but then i started to use some of the funds for gambling but kept submitting requests for withdrawals for most of the balance. Finally one for $569.00 was approved but then the $800.00 withdrawal was just lost. I gave up on the 800 but have been trying to get the $569 which Planet 7 has said they issued a wire transfer on 2/`13 which I still have not received. I call Planet 7 an they tell me "it was issued." Can you please help me get th 569 at least? From 2,400 to $569 - which partly i did gamble some away. Very disappointing - they have no issues with taking your money but major problems in sending your winnings. If there is anyway you can assist me, it would be very much appreciated. Jillpru

I've checked with our processor and the wire was confirmed as completed on the 21st--by now you should have received the funds. Can you please confirm if you have?
