Stalling tactics on payments
Hello,
I had a win early Dec and made a withdrawal,
All my documents were verified with am email sent by payouts@support center. After much more delaying coming up stating couldn't pay onto checking account,
I called my bank which they confirmed the account was in fact savings. however support center is now asking for information ie bank statement... can you help as I have fulfilled verification process, I believe this is a stalling process.
Now , they have put the funds back into on to casino game as I believe is another stalling tactic.
Can you help with this matter??
I have screenshots of every correspondence out needed.
