Stalling Payments Deliberately


I recently, within the last few months, have requested a few withdrawals. They are taking way too long! There are two that I am still waiting on. One was requested on 7/12/19 for $1425 (I know they will deduct the bonus out, which was $125). They said that the initial approval takes 7-10 days. It was just approved on 7/31/19. I have contacted them multiple times and I keep getting the run-around. The second withdrawal was requested was for $2350 (again, I know they will take the bonus out) on 8/5/19. I haven’t asked them about this one yet, but I know it’s not approved yet, and I don’t feel like I should have to wait another couple months for this money. It is very unfair. I have emailed and chatted multiple times. Their website says 3-5 days for payouts, but in the fine print, it says 7-10 days, which is still fine. After 7-10 days, I contacted them, it they said it will take another 7-10 days, so I waited for that…Then they said they were behind….Now they aren’t giving me any feedback, except ,”Don’t worry, you will get all of your winnings.” I have been waiting on this one for a month, and I don’t want to have to wait for the last one. It is completely unfair, in my opinion. They have all of my verification documents, I did that right away. I’ve done everything I was supposed to do, and they are deliberately holding my money.

We would also like to use the occasion and suggest to player to submit new complaint against the casino in question, in case something goes wrong with their outstanding payments which were not part of the current complaint.

I did get the $2100 wire. There is one more withdrawal that is newer for $1625. Can you get that one handled too please? Thank you so much for your help.

Regarding the $25 fee, that was likely the fee your bank charged--we did not charge you any fees on our end.

Your second withdrawal was sent off to our processor, yesterday: 8/26 Paid $2100 + no Service Fee for transaction #139718471. I would expect you'll find the funds in your account, early next week. ;-)

Just a heads up, I will be out of the country until Thursday August 29. So I will not be able to respond, I don't think. I will try.
