Stalling on already approved payment


I put in to withdraw $2000 on July 31, 2019. After they took out their $400 bonus monies, it came to $1600. I then began the waiting process. I waited, and I waited and I waited. I contacted customer support repeatedly after not hearing anything about the delivery date of my check (tracking number) about mid-August. They began their "I'll put in for this to be expedited through our finance department" speech, which I got over and over as well. Finally around mid-September I receive an email from a "Meghan" who works in finance. She says my check has been cut and I will soon get an email with a tracking number. NOTHING!
As of last night and speaking with Meghan via customer support on their web-site, she once again promises to contact the finance department and get back to me. Of coarse I've heard nothing. It has been over 70 days since I've asked for my winnings. I keep getting the run around. in the meantime, I have won another $2500 and it sits in pending waiting for my other check to be delivered before they can process it, according to Meghan. What on earth? What kind of rules are these? They claim to have FAST PAYMENTS... on their website, and yet here I am - WAITING!

Dear AskGamblers Rep,

I only received the payment last evening around 5pm Arizona time, and this is the first chance I've had to acknowledge it.

How ironic that the moment I asked for assistance from your fabulous website that they get my past due payment paid out??? Just goes to show the "pull" you all have within the gaming community!

Again, you help me get the money that was owed; I truly appreciate that!

Although I am more than thrilled to FINALLY receive the payment (which just came on 10/11/19), it is still NOT ACCEPTABLE holding on to withdrawals and payments for so long. My initial withdrawal date was 7/31/19. So from the day that I cashed out with my winnings, it took Planet7 Casino until 10/11/19 to put that money into my hands. NOT RIGHT!
