So slow to pay
Dear AG - I have been waiting months for my payouts to process. Everything was moving along until April. This casino required an updated ID/verification and I had issues with the link. I finally submitted all documentation and it was approved. I received one payment in July and so far, one payment this month (today). My 7 pending withdrawals are dated April, May, June and one in July. With everything in place, I think I should get at least two payments per month. This casino isn’t following their own guidelines for payouts. I have checked with them via their online chat and no payments get escalated. Please check into this and advise me of (hopefully) a resolution. Thank you.
