Planet 7 has still not paid me for a withdrawal request for 2500.00 on 8/22. The amount approved on 8/22 was 1900.00 after the casino deducted the bonus amount. I chatted with Sam < surname removed >on 9/7, and he said that he would escalate the already approved withdrawal to the finance team. Since it was approved on 8/22, this has been 19 business days and I have still not seen the money in my account. I am sure I will be paid, however I am a VIP player at the casino and deposit a lot of money, I feel the return should be much quicker. Please help.

Hi Patrick--

I'm sorry for my slow response to you--I was out of the office this week, so I'm just catching up.

I do know that the batch of wires sent off on the 20th were processed much slower than we would have expected. From what I've seen, all players have now received their payments. Can you please let me know if you've received yours yet? If not, we'll have to do a trace on this.
