Several deposits not refunded, promised time frame is over
On 11/19/22 my debit card was charged several times while the casinos server was down. I contacted the casino immediately for refund. They said they couldn’t do an immediate refund and I would have to wait 15 days. I’ve been in contact with customer service and they tell me someone will contact me and to date no one has contacted me. It’s been over 15 days and I haven’t received a refund and still no one has contacted me. I’m supposed to receive $282.49.
They keep telling me that someone will contact me or telling me to wait. They also said they could give me the money on my planet 7 account, but then said they couldn’t because I’ve asked for a refund. So how can they want to give me my money back on my planet 7 account, but can’t do an immediate refund? I just want my money back. They were able to take my money from my account immediately, but can’t process an immediate refund? That’s ridiculous!
