Second Withdrawal Issue


I requested a withdrawal of $809 from Planet Casino on 8/13/20. There was no response from them so I sent the below email with reference number on 8/20. There’s still been no response as of today 8/23. Please assist.

I sincerely apologize for the frustration you've had with this.

I'm pleased to tell you that your withdrawal was sent off to our processor, Monday: 9/1 Paid $531 + no Service Fee for transaction #159357348. I would expect the funds will reach your account, early next week (possibly sooner).

Regarding the shortfall from your withdrawal request, this is because you received a bonus. All bonuses are non-withdrawable and as such, removed from the total requested amount.
