Runaround with my withdrawal again
Greetings, my name is Lakeisha Hudson and I play with planet7casino.com and have been playing for almost 13 years now.
I'm submitting this complaint to hopefully be able to get my withdrawal within the time I'm suppose to.
I won $2500 on 11/21/2022 and with it being past 7 days I have reached out to someone via live chat and was told pretty soon I would be able to be approved with no definite date on when I would be approved.
I follow the casino guide lines every time I play and with that being said my withdrawal is never within 5 business days for approval it usually always takes more then 2 weeks to a month before I can get approved on top of sending appropriate documentation requested to be approved through email.
I have sent everything needed for approval and asked them to let me know they received it no response.
My biggest problem is that I feel I get the runaround all the time when I do win and I reach out through email I get no communication to what is going on. I really would like this to change in the future. Please help me to recover what I rightfully won and I hope it don't take a long time for I really need my winnings to pay my rent which helps.
