Runaround with my withdrawal


I have been waiting for over 3 weeks to receive my winnings of $300 made earlier this month on 01/04/2021, . I selected wire transfer but due to me adding my husband on my account which is (joint) account I just opted instead to just use bitcoin, which I was told my account was updated. The website states that with a updated account it CAN take up to 7 days, but everytime I invest into this casino and withdraw with a updated account weeks go on and I have to always be the one to reach out regarding this same matter, and when it is all said and done I get told 80 different things as well being told be a little patient as if I already haven't. I loved playing with this casino but starting to think it's a scam casino with terrible customer service that loves sending people around when it comes to money that's fairly won. Please someone needs to help me,Thank You.

I'm sorry for the difficulties you've been experiencing with this, but as someone I've previously helped in the past, you should realize that A) you will be paid and B) there is no scam.

Regarding your withdrawal, this will be sorted this week (I've already put in the request for payment). As soon as I have the transaction details, I'll be back with an update.
