Revoked account for no reason


Hello,

I am writing to you because of my account being revoked at Planet 7 Casino. I have been playing on that casino for a while now and I have deposited a lot of money. I have been waiting on a check for the amount of $1068.00 for over a month and I also hit a jackpot for 12,000 and pending withdrawal for that amount. I have followed all rules and there is no reason for my account to be revoked.

The last time I played was last night on Ipad and during the last hour of playing, I was having internet issues and the game kept restarting and then I was stuck in a game. I was unable to do anything and tried logging back in through my phone and that's when I got an error message saying I am not allowed to log in to please contact Customer Service.

I have tried calling them but every number I have found for them; I get a voicemail advising to email or live chat. I can't do a live chat because I am unable to log in. I have emailed and the only response I have gotten was that my account has been revoked out of fairness. And what is extremely weird is that my email message between us is no longer there.

I am reaching out to you for your help in getting my money and my account back open. I just had a live chat with then yesterday giving them my bank account info to have one of the withdrawals wired, since it's been taking so long and she never once said there was anything wrong with my account. I am just hoping this is a technical problem and all will be resolved.

5. Only one real account per Player is permitted. Multiple accounts will be closed. Players who register multiple accounts (including accounts with different personal details) will not be eligible to receive any winnings, and all withdrawals will be cancelled.

12. The Casino reserves the right to cancel your account for any reason whatsoever at any time without notice to you. Any balance in your account at the time of such cancellation may be credited to you, however, the Casino reserves the right, in its unfettered discretion, to void any winnings and confiscate any balance in your casino account in any circumstances including:

They also need to go back through all the live chat messages and read them, as they had advised me of my account is in good standings if I were to win. They want us to follow rules but they aren’t standing by there’s. Very frustrated in the time and money spent on this casino!
