Restore my faith in this casino and complete my payout


I was finally approved for my payment on Aug 09 but still haven’t received anything from your payment provider. I had almost gave up on planet7 due to past issues and unfriendly customer service but was offered a freechip and decided to give it another shot.

But I told myself if I cannot get a simple bonus to payout then I may permanently discontinue playing.

So please help return my faith in this casino and complete my payout asap.
