Requested withdrawal over a month ago and it is still not approved
Hello. I have been waiting over 1 month just to get my Withdrawal Approved.
Please see information below on what I have done in trying to get my Withdrawal Approved.
I hope this can be resolved quickly.
Sept 11, 2019 - Withdrawal requested for $1084
9-12-2019 - Contacted Customer Support Live Chat (personal info removed) to confirm all my documents were good. Tomas told me "yes" all documents are approved.
9-25-2019 - Contacted Customer Support Live Chat (personal info removed) to get updated on my withdrawal since it had not yet been approved. Was told it would be escalated since it was outside the 7-10 days it takes for approval. I gave them requested information (name, address, date of birth). They told me I should get an email soon letting me know it was approved.
9-27-2019 - Contacted Customer Support Live Chat again (personal info removed) to get updated on my withdrawal approval. He said he would follow up to speed up the process for it to be approved ASAP. I was told to give it a few more days and come back for an update.
10-1-2019 Contacted Customer Support Live Chat again (personal info removed) to get another update on my withdrawal. He escalated it again (3rd time). He said that is all he can do. I confirmed with him that all my documents were good (even though I did this on Sept 12th). He said YES all documents are good. He said it can take up to 5 days for withdrawal to be approved from the escalation.
10-3-2019 Contacted Customer Support Live Chat again (personal info removed) to get updated on my withdrawal. Requested to speak with a Payout Specialist but did not get sent to one. Live Chat Rep asked if I had sent in my bank wire details. I told him I had not been asked. He gave me the details to send it to the payments department via email. He said it can take up to 5 days to process.
10-3-2019 - I emailed all my bank wire details to the payment department.
10-7-2019 - Received an email back from the Payments department (Finance - Lina) saying all bank wire information had been updated, but since the withdrawal had not yet been approved I would need to contact customer support.
10-9-2019 - Contacted Customer Support Live Chat again (personal info removed) to get updated on my withdrawal. She said they are continuing to monitor my withdrawal request with the Withdrawal Team. She said she would communicate again with the Withdrawal Team. She could not give me a time frame for the approval.
Oct 13, 2019 - Contacted Customer Support Live Chat AGAIN (personal info removed) to get update on my withdrawal. I asked to speak with a Payout Specialist and told they were not available. They told me that Payout Specialists ONLY deal with delayed approvals. I explained that is what this is. Told her that this has been escalated 4 times and I still have not gotten my withdrawal approved. She said the reminders have been sent but due to High Volume of requests they had not yet gotten to mine. She said I would have to check back again after Wednesday (which would be October 16,2019).
Oct. 13, 2019 - Followed up with an Email to Planet 7 Casino "Help" including all the details above.
I have saved all my Live Chat Transcripts to go along with the details above.
Please Help.
