Rejected and delayed withdrawal 400 USD


I submitted my withdrawal on 4/7

Today, I checked my account, and the $400 was back in my account.

I reached out to customer service to see why it was rejected they said I had to email my crypto address to them. I asked why if I have withdrawn without issue them before. They informed me that I would have to wait another 2 weeks before getting a refund. That’s frustrating, so I am hoping someone here could help expedite the process.
