Refuses to send a check
I requested a $450 withdrawal on 2/7/2021. They requested the standard info to send the check. After submitting the info (the exact same info and bank I've used for other casino checks) and was notified by Travis < surname removed > from customer support center, that my bank is not acceptable for there payment. My bank, Lake City Bank in Indiana, does accept international checks and have for the 15 years I've been banking there. They charge a $25 fee for cashing such checks. After contacting live chat, I was told to contact the customer support center. I've already sent a reply to Travis < surname removed >. As of this posting, they claim my bank doesn't meet their payors requirements. I'm not opening another bank account so I can receive the check. What's my alternative? Cant they just send me the check? Once its sent, isn't it my issue as to how I cash it? Is there any online casino that isn't a hassle when you try to cash out?
