Refuses to pay

Hi im filling a complaint against planet 7 they refuse to pay me my winnings and stated that they have closed down my account because they reserve the right do so, there one sided terms and conditions which i feel is an unfair contract clause, was stated in an email that it was violated by one of my actions, when i asked them to state what was the action that i supposedly violated i was told that they don't have the liberty to tell me. They also stated that they will be sending me my deposits that i made while playing with planet 7.

The amount was 2500 i originally won 4000 and some change hitting a jackpot. After a little more requiered gambling by there terms of the bonus i was left with 3000 dls but i decided to withdraw 2500 from the begining they wouldnt give me the option to pull out after some going back and forward that took place with a live chat representative i got them to release the funds so i may with draw.

At this point is where the headache began, they not only robbed the joy of me winning a jackpot from me, but cause me severe headaches along with my blood pressures elevating, and im not to happy to admit but it cost relationship problems where i allowed my anger and frustration to be short and unpleasant to my love ones.

There whole process of live chat has got to be by far the worse customer care/service ive ever dealt with. There's a huge language barrier, but moving forward they use an online site called hooyu.com to verify your identity. Which is a complete waste of time because planet 7 management team don't care if hooyu approves your documents like in my case which they did, but they where not accepting the info from the company that they choose to use for verification. But asked for there own set of copies and when i provided them the copies they flat out had no idea where they where, because a day later or in some cases hours later they would ask me to verify my identity (i will be sending askgamblers evidence of what i sent.) And when ever i sent them my id or what ever they where asking they would move forward to ask for something else. When i sent them a picture of my computer screen showing my monthly electricity bill. They asked for a physical copy not a picture of my pc screen. Well i have paperless billing and printed out what was on my screen sent it to them, and they said no that the bill didnt match my address i had sent them a picture of. i have a mexican federal ID because i have a house in rosarito with with my family, it's a form of two status in both countries so i sent them a bill from the house where i reside in mexico which did match the address of my ID. And they said no that the bill is not under my name, when in many cases with roommates or simply your spouse puts everything under his or hers name. So how can they give anyone a hard time for such a thing, well point been i sent them a picture of the bill that is under my name in Henderson Nevada , the most recent copy of my gas bill in Henderson Nevada under my girlfriends dads name Daniel < surname removed >. I have dual status in both usa and mexico. The main reason i put my Nevada address is because i used my USA chase bank account to pay for the deposit for planet 7 casino.

After 13 days of waiting they said no and didnt provide a reason of there ruling . please take notice to an email i recieved with michale alberts he confimed that i was all verified and would be dealing with the financial part of the withdraw and i stated this to annabel that michale had done the work for her and forwarded a copy of the email annabel just stated that it was very nice of him and started asking for more verification stuff... I might have to send a few emails to provide you guys with enough evidence to hopefully make a change in this unjust ruling. 5. Only one real account per Player is permitted. Multiple accounts will be closed. Players who register multiple accounts (including accounts with different personal details) will not be eligible to receive any winnings, and all withdrawals will be cancelled.

12. The Casino reserves the right to cancel your account for any reason whatsoever at any time without notice to you.
