Problems with express payment


I applied for a express withdrawal on 02/14/2019 the amount was 500 dollars. After a week i got an approval notification for 417 dollars. I checked back with planet 7 casino chat on 03/12/2019 they gave the complete procedure for a withdrawal. They also asked me to send photocopies of both myself and my wife's identifications. I also sent them a void cancelled check of my bank account. They responded that they had all they needed and to just wait 5 days and they will get back to me.

I have been back to the casino chat and all i get is that my case has been elevated and to wait for payment.

I'm sorry for not responding sooner, but I have good news. ;-)

Your payment has already been sent off to our processor: 4/24 Paid $417 + no Service Fee for transaction #125233924.

As there have been several international banking holidays since setting up the payment, this will be a bit slow reaching your account--i would expect the funds will hit early next week (possibly sooner).

Again, my apologies for all the frustration you've experienced with this.
