Problems getting my money


Back in December I won over $1000 which was not tied to any bonus. On December 22 I submitted a withdrawal request. I still have not received my money. I have been given every excuse possible when I am able to get in contact with someone from the casino. This is not the first time I have had problems with them I think this is completely unacceptable and would like some help resolving this.

Unfortunately, tracking is still not in. With the Chinese New Year, things are running a bit slower with our processor.
