On June 4th I requested a 1540.00 withdrawal, I have been told that everything was in order! And then I needed to send my bank info. which I did through their payment centre. Then I needed to go through Hooyu and send copies of credit cards, and utility bill for proof of address, which all went through fine. And then I needed to send a selfie and a copy of Drivers Lic. which I sent. The selfie verified fine but my Drivers License didn't. Now I have sent my dr.lic through Hooyu 7 times. It's either too blurry, or has a shadow or a glare... etc. Now Hooyu has locked me out and I have to wait for another 24 hrs to try it again...They have changed their withdrawal policy so they don't hold my withdrawal in a separate acct. Any more so it's either spend my 1500.Or I can't play until they approve it. Find attached a copy of my Dr.Lic I keep sending so you can see what it looks like. I apologize for the frustration you've been experiencing with this.

I've reviewed your account and I do see that we will need to receive a copy of your current bank statement, before we can issue your payment.

I've attached my email address--please send your bank statement directly to me. Once I receive this, I'll be able to have your payment sorted, straight away.

Hi Michelle--

I'm pleased to tell you that your payment was sent to our processor, Wednesday: 6/22 Paid $1168 + no Service Fee for transaction #196151625. I would expect the funds will reach your account towards the beginning of next week.

Regarding the shortfall from your requested amount, this is because you received a bonus. All bonuses are non-withdrawable and as such, removed from your total withdrawal amount.
