Please fix asap
I have had nothing but troubles leading up to where I'm at now. On the 11/10/19 Mirja. N. Viewed and verified my documents. Which I ended up having to send more. Which I did. Towards end of October Liz. B esculate this for me. On the 2/11/19 Mike Ross got his manager to look into it and asked finance department for an update, to check back in 24_48hrs which I did and had Liz. B again was told needed send utility bills for verification which I did. On the 6/11/19 I send via email to documents team. Was approved on 6/11/19 which I was told fund's be sent within 7-10 working days. Few days ago I checked in and was told wait out the time frame nothing was said about still needing utility bills, which I have already done. Today it's been over the time frame to be sent to me and I'm told still waiting on utility bill, which I've sent more than once so I also sent today a copy of my pay t. v bill via email to document team I have been very patient but 2 and half months and still waiting since documents first verified. Seems I'm getting same responses everytime and even after it's been approved still not paid to me yet
