Playthrough terms kept changing, money never received


Requested withdrawal of approx. $2,016 on 8-20-21, it was denied due to incomplete play thru of comp points, stated by planet 7 we had wagered $25,475 out of $61,080 still needed to wager $35,605. Kept playing and had to check w/chat every day to see where play thru was, I was told it had to be manually computed due to system limitations.ex.

On on 9-3-21 Fallon <removed surname> stated playthru was $34,765, 9-6-21 Michael <removed surname> stated playthru was $14,304 remaining, 9-9-21 Rasha <removed surname> said approx. $10,000 and Zarrah <removed surname> informed me that it was completed! I have forwarded several chats showing these facts. And 2 weeks ago was told that playthru is not complete.

I have left numerous emails and requested phone # to no avail, I no longer have a host {mason <removed surname> or peter <removed surname> were my hosts) and bonus was taken away was told from my play I did not need a bonus, could possibly be reinstated at a later date! Any help will be appreciated! Sorry screen shots would not flip !

Tawni, Obviously I can't locate the email from Support at planet 7 dated 9-11-21 sent to < full name removed > support team ! If you would check his emails on that date you would find it ! Obviously you did not try . You apparently you have chosen to ignore all the other chats from planet 7 that I have copied and posted showing where I was with play thru amounts,i don't know how you can justify ignoring those and also you have totally blown off the overage dollars that could not be cashed out that I was told was "fun money" and to just play if off ! I will not play at Planet 7 again and will make certain to publicize the issues I experienced with planet 7. I should have paid attention to the ratings of planet 7 ! Good day I have wasted all the time i'm going to with this sham of a casino !
