Planet 7 keeps placing hurdles in the way of withdrawal

I have asked for a withdrawal of 250 us dollars since the 23rd of September. They first said they need me to verify through a company. I did. Then they said they needed the card I used. I didn't use a card I used Bitcoin. So I spoke with a supervisor who said maybe it was virtual. Fill out the form and put card not available. I did. They then said they didn't receive it. Twice. I sent it twice more. Now once again they are saying they need the number of the card. They are rude and I just want my money. And there is no excuse for bitcoin withdrawals to take this long.
