Planet 7 has been giving me the runaround on getting my withdrawal it has been more than a month almost 2 months

Planet 7 has been giving me the runaround on getting my withdrawal. I have been trying to get a withdrawal for over 2 months now they keep saying to give them 24 hours to escalate the issue to the relevant department. This is became a very big hassle worst casino I have ever dealt with, I don't understand why they can't just give me my withdrawal instead of making me suffer. I was willing to put more money on my account but why should I win I can't even get my withdrawal for the first time.

1st off I started out trying to get a wire transfer they told me it was approved but my bank would not accept a International wire transfer. To upgrade my account I contacted my bank my bank said they had no issue with International transfers, so I contacted planet 7 back and then they proceeded to tell me it was one of there Requirements that they could not send a International transfer to my bank. So I proceeded to ask him which banks that they normally use and I would go open an account so they could wire transfer me they said they could not tell me which bank so I switched it to be a check form. Took for over a week for them to reach back out to me they finally said it was approved, then it's booked, then the next day it showed up on my account. Account that something was not verified which was verified from the ghetto because they would not let you do a withdrawal without verifying all your information to begin with. It has been over 2 months trying to get the 1st withdrawal I have over $12000 pending. And they keep giving me the same excuse every day that my utility bill is not verified even though I keep proving to whom it is This has been an extreme headache and I was it's referring so many people to this casino is this casino and I can't even get my 1st withdrawal.

I was a bit confused by the amount listed for your complaint, as there are no further withdrawal requests (the funds are still sitting on your playable balance). With this in mind, I'd like to ask that this complaint be closed as resolved.

I apologize for the delay in coming back to you--I was off for vacation over the past week.

As I'm not in the office until tomorrow, I only have access to payment logs (not your full account). I do see a payment was issued to your wallet, last week: 11/8 Paid $2500 (0.03783334) + no Service Fee Bitcoin for transaction #185030507.
