I made a request for a withdrawal of 339 on 1/14/24..
I spoke to an agent who said I needed to "reverify my BTC address" so I did and I asked why I wasn't notified. She didn't say. But I just spoke to another agent who says the whole thing was denied and claims the money was returned which it wasn't.
