Planet 7 Casino Refusal to pay winnings7

After submitting my verification documents several times to the finance department I was told there were not enough transactions between my bank account and the casino and they would not wire transfer me my winnings. I then asked for my winnings in check form and they stated they were no longer issuing checks and that form of payment was being deleted. Basically they said I need to deposit more money from my bank account in order to receive my winnings. It has been a month of excuses and asking for the same information over and over again even though I sent it over and over again. This casino is a scam

Following a careful review and consideration of your case, the AskGamblers Complaint Team reached the conclusion that, unfortunately, your complaint is not compliant with the AGCCS Guidelines, section Balance played off while waiting to be paid and, therefore, is being rejected. Please keep in mind that following all AGCCS Guidelines is mandatory.

Please keep in mind that while we can understand your frustration and disappointment of probably not being paid within the time frame specified by the operator, it is up to you to refrain from playing until the processing of your payment is finalized accordingly. Instead, you kept playing and lost your balance subsequently which means that unfortunately, you will also lose the validity of your claim against the operator which led to the rejection of the complaint.

And while we understand this might not be the outcome expected by the complainant, we would like to remind you that in case of disagreement with our decision further assistance on the matter could be requested from the relevant regulatory body and/or appointed ADR entity.

My incident was never resolved. Tawni from planet 7 keeps saying the same thing over and over and I would submit the requested documents with no results. The casino also said prior I could not use the crypto currency option to withdrawal because I hadn’t deposited any crypto. Tawni is lying and did not leave her email in her response. I gave up on this casino and blew all my winnings because I knew they were full of <removed> and I wasn’t going to get it. Hopefully people are notified how <removed> this casino is before they deposit any money. Straight scam
