Planet 7 burned me for 2500

They sent me some promotion that said for that weekend they were running some special thing that whatever you deposit you get 50% cashback on and that would have no max cash out on it. Still, it was just for the weekend, so I deposited and ended up getting up to like 4000-5000 then I withdrew 2500 when it got down to 3000, so it says it’ll go through verification for 7 days or whatever so I wait, 3 or 4 days and eventually it says denied, then immediately after on the transaction list it said manager approved so I figured I was getting paid as I should. A day or two later it completely disappeared off my transactions list, along with every deposit I even made for like 7 days before the withdrawal!! So not only did they try to delete the withdrawal like I never won or made a withdrawal for 2500 but they also deleted the deposits making. It looks like I never even played or deposited money that week/ weekend that the apparent promo was running on!! This has to be the shadiest thing I’ve ever experienced with any casino I’ve played at before, it’s just so insulting and frustrating because I was depending on getting that money, I had put off payments for things thinking this scam place was going to pay me what I won under the assumptions they lead me to believe, just to have them come back when I noticed the transactions were all deleted and them to say no we’re not paying you 2500! Like such unprofessional and just evil to be doing this to people how is something not being done about this place?? So please if you guys can get me justice on this and help me get what I should have to begin with, I’d really appreciate it.

I apologize for your frustration, however, it's a bit much to call us 'evil.'

I've reviewed your account and you built your withdrawal using a free chip which was issued to you by one of our Priority Player's Support team members, during a live chat session. This was a $45 free chip and the terms of this were given to you while you were while in the live chat and the terms were quite clear in that there was a 3x maximum cashout.

With this in mind, the payment was issued to your wallet, yesterday: 10/17 Paid $135 (0.00697611) + no Service Fee BTC for transaction #200651829.

I've attached the live chat session as proof that what I've stated is accurate--only you and AskGamblers Management will be able to see this.
