Pending withdrawal from two months ago
I requested a withdrawal of $550 from Planet 7 on Dec. 12, 2021. I have not received a verification email of approval since the request was sent in. The new way the casino has the withdrawal system set up, they do not give transaction numbers or ID for tracking now. I spoke to an agent with the casino on live chat on Feb. 01, 2022, to find out the status of the request and the rep said it was still "pending" and had not been "approved" yet.
The request was summited almost 2 months ago. I do not understand what is taking so long for it to get approval. When I spoke to a different rep in the casino live chat, today, (02/05/2022) I was informed that my withdrawal is still in "pending" status and there is no transaction ID or number given out at this time. I was told they find them by verifying my username and email. It seems like my request is in limbo somewhere in their system.
